Data Deletion Instructions

Disconnect a platform or request removal of your SignSuite TV information.

Request deletion

Email hello@signsuite.tv with the subject “SignSuite TV Data Deletion Request.” Include the email address associated with your account and the business/Page name so we can verify the request.

What happens next

We will verify the request, disconnect supported third-party integrations and delete or anonymize account data that is not required for legal, security or billing records. We will confirm when processing is complete.

Disconnect Facebook directly

You may also remove SignSuite TV through Facebook’s Business Integrations settings. Removing the integration prevents future access; contact us as described above if you also want stored SignSuite TV account information deleted.
