Is hosting included?
Yes. SignSuite hosting is included with every plan. You provide the television or monitor and, if needed, a compatible browser device.
Do I need the Local Player PC?
No. It is an optional $250 one-time purchase for businesses that want locally hosted images, ticker messages and custom HTML to continue displaying during an internet outage.
Will my display show SignSuite branding?
Yes. Every display includes a small, unobtrusive “Built with SignSuite” badge in one corner.
Will the Facebook connection cost extra?
The Pro plan includes supported live-counter connections. Availability depends on platform authorization and API policies.
